AirPower History Tour
The Arkansas Air and Military Museum at Drake Field in Fayetteville will host well-known WWII planes for the AirPower History Tour from Wednesday, Aug 26, through Sunday, Aug 30, from 9a-5p daily.
A B-29 Superfortress bomber named FIFI will be on display. It is considered one of the most advanced aircraft from World War II and is one of only two B-29s still flying today. It will be joined by three other aircraft, including an AT-6 Texan, PT-13 Stearman, and RC-45J SNB.
Visitors can get a closer look at the planes and tour cockpits throughout the event. Rides will be available for purchase on Saturday, Aug 29, and Sunday, Aug 30.
