Master Sommelier Dinner Series
Zelli Pasta in Springdale plans to host a five-course wine dinner for the first of the Master Sommelier Dinner Series on Friday, Oct 2, at 7p.
The five-course menu is curated by local chef Daniel Ernce and features eggplant tartare, duck with brown butter, dark chocolate sweet potato dessert, and more. Wines will be provided by Northwest Arkansas-raised Laura Williamson, one of the few women in the world to hold a Master Sommelier title.
Tickets are $165, and menu substitutions will not be available. The dinner series will return to Zelli Pasta on Saturday, Nov 14, and Friday, Dec 4.
