Picnic in the Park
Saturday lunches are getting a whole lot bigger as Picnic in the Park will take over Luther George Park in Springdale for a free, family-friendly series throughout August.
A massive 200-by-200-foot community picnic blanket will transform the park into a welcoming space where friends, families, and neighbors can relax together on Saturdays, Aug 8, 15, 22, and 29, from 11a-2p. Guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic or pick up a picnic-friendly meal from one of Downtown Springdale's local restaurants.
Along with plenty of room to spread out, visitors will also enjoy live music, games, and food from an on-site vendor, creating a laid-back afternoon that celebrates community in the heart of Downtown Springdale.
