Unagi Festival
Bentoville Food Theater on the Bentonville Square will host the Unagi Festival from Thursday, Jul 23, through Saturday, Jul 25.
The culinary event will be led by Chef Shinichiro Takagi, whose restaurant in Japan has earned two Michelin stars, as he curates a freshwater eel feast rooted in Japan's midsummer Day of the Ox tradition.
Chef Takagi, one of Japan's most celebrated culinary voices, will make his first Food Concert appearance at Bentoville, bringing a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience to Northwest Arkansas.
